Mark Mannion is Managing Director of Extra Technology Limited and Extra Technology Human Capital Solutions Limited. 

Prior to co-founding Extra Technology, Mark worked in various senior IT systems management roles for a number of large financial services companies and as a technical specialist for software vendors and resellers. He is recognized as an expert in the field of enterprise management tools, particularly IT Automation, Security and Performance Management.

bhupinder janjuha_

Bhupinder Janjuha is Technical Director of Extra Technology Limited and Extra Technology Human Capital Solutions Limited. 

Prior to co-founding Extra Technology, Bhupinder worked as a technical expert for manufacturing, financial services and software companies holding  a number of technical management roles, including an EMEA support team for a top-ten software house. 

An expert in Enterprise Management, Application Performance Management, Databases, Virtualisation and Cloud technologies.

Philip Ringrow is Operations Director of Extra Technology Human Capital Solutions Limited and Resourcing Manager of Extra Technology Limited.

Philip has a background in IT Recruitment, working with start-ups and large blue chip recruitment consultancies in Senior Consultant and Team Manager roles.  He is committed to understanding customer requirements and providing the best possible candidates. 

In addition to managing day-to-day operations of our recruitment business,  Philip also manages our in-house resourcing of IT service consultants.

Paul Donoghue-Parker is Sales Manager for Extra Technology Human Capital Solutions Limited and Extra Technology Limited.

Paul has extensive experience of managing large sales teams, coordinating key accounts, achieving multi-million pound targets and ensuring customer satisfaction for many of the UK's largest companies.

Antony Askew is CA Technologies Practice Manager at Extra Technology Limited.

Antony joined Extra Technology in 2011 from a leading global investment management firm. 

Recently Antony has worked for a number of prestigious financial services companies; additionally in the past he worked for CA and Platinum Technology supporting an EMEA wide customer base.

Managing Extra Technology's largest practice, Antony's experience with both vendors and customers makes him an ideal addition to the team.

Jean-Francois Roussel manages our BMC Software Services Practice and our Cisco Services Practice.   

Jean-Francois has an impressive background as an IT automation expert, having worked in senior support roles with the leading software vendors.  Additionally Jean-Francois has considerable customer-side experience of managing large scheduling infrastructures at a major financial institution.
